not sure which is worse. a ton of snow and no wind or 40 mph winds with 4-5 inches of snow... need a scarf over one's face in that stuff. Iowa City far worse. they had 10 inches and 40 mph winds. Hampered by both idiotic bosses and idiotic drivers getting out of their vehicles.
